Zilka Construction was established in 2003
Starting as a general contractor we were installing egress windows with limited equipment
In 2014 we saw a new opportunity
We bought our first Huskavarna concrete saw and entered the sawcutting business
2015 we acquired the 20-year-old Larry’s Sawcutting business
Using Larry Porter’s 40 years of saw cutting experience we developed more efficient practices and bought modern equipment.
For three generations the Zilka family has lived in this thriving city. We are a family owned and operated business serving the metropolitan and greater Portland area. Our mission is to provide expert artisanal service to anyone installing egress windows or other saw cutting.
